Our Gallery is all about the Chris Craft wooden boat era, 1922-1965. We collect real boats, model boats, parts, advertorials, pictures, technical drawings, owner manuals, technical manuals, books and other materials regarding the Chris Craft period 1922-1965.
However, part of the Chris Craft wooden boat era, was the Harmsworth Trophy, and at that time with wooden speed boats. Undeniable, but once partnering with Chris Craft, Garfield Wood won the Harmsworth Trophy multiple times with his Miss America speed boats. As part of the Chris Craft family, a page is reserved in this website for the Garwood history.
With all the information and parts collected so far, I'm working on a Chris Craft relational historical database. This database can be accessed online soon.
A little preview can be found here.
If you don't own the Chris Craft's Essential Guide, you can find some information here too. Not all information can't be published online, due to copyright or just to respect the effort The Mariners Museum endeavored.
If you like more information about a specific topic, that information is colored orange and hyperlinked to original Chris Craft documents.
It is too much information to put the entire life of Chris Craft manufacturing on our website for now. If you have a specific question, just ask.

A wooden Chris Craft is about memories, good ole times, family fun or just cruising with some friends.
To keep your woody going, maintenance is required and some information of how to, is inevitable to get your project done.
Many Chris Craft enthusiasts like to know more about their woody, then just filling up gas. Our Chris Craft database is a multi-year project and still ongoing, to help you to find information. Subjects like, specifications, manuals, how to's, references, folders, advertorials and more.
Looking up is free but you have to register, so we keep our website secure and your information private. When you like to have a print-out in pdf, we charge you a little fee to keep this website secure and therefor our gallery running.
Click on one of the buttons below, to start searching. It guides you to your boat model. If a button is blue/orange, then this piece of database is accessible. If a button is blue/white, then that button is under construction. If you can't wait and have a question, please send us an
Email.
We collect the old material, but to make this Chris Craft Gallery more exciting, we need pictures of your boat. If you're willing to share your beautiful Chris Craft, we like to add that to the database. Many Chris Craft enthusiasts needs guidance how to and if a picture can say 1000 words, your picture will be truly appreciated.
